Our Spa Etiquette

All are welcome at NV Medi Spa, however we request that guests under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to update your spa profile and complete all necessary consultation forms and prepare for your treatment to begin on time. Late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled services time and will be responsible for full service fees. 

Each guest is required to complete a Personal Health Profile and fill out all applicable consultation forms which are used to outline information that will enable your therapist or technician to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service. Please let your aesthetician know if you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations. 

Initial consultations are complimentary. Subsequent consultations are subject to a $50 fee.  

Due to the demand for NV Medi Spa’s services, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation of our 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you have booked a treatment(s) and need to cancel or make any changes to your booking(s), you must notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price. 50% of the service fee will be charged to the client if cancelled within this time frame. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not given on a service that is part of any promotional item the service will be forfeited. This includes all packages/gift certificates and/or spa cards. 

Group and party cancellation policy requires one week notice. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be applied. 

NV Medi Spa requests that guests and clients turn off their cell phones, smartphones and tablets prior to entering the spa. 

Dress comfortably as NV Medi Spa is a co-ed spa. Robes are available should you need one.

Please keep valuables with you at all times. Be advised that NV Medi Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Gift certificates are available for all denominations for all spa treatment(s) of your choice. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redememable if lost or stolen.
